YES ITS A FRIDAY!!:D:D

so tired yet so happy. bio test is finally over n glad tat i lose all the pineapple tarts ive eaten during CNY cuz of training today. so hiong!
n my knee cracks non-stoppingly! hurts n i feels lyk an old ahma so soon. haiyaya anw soo happy ! got 64cm fr sit n reach for the first time!! though jialing is aiming for max 70cm..pro! :D somehow quite excited for napfa :D

anw gina was rly great, told me theres 12hmk fr the wk right b4 training. so much n haf been slping too much in class. thanks ET fr nudging me up slightly more than 50times hahah. resolution: max. 20 times next wk!

heyhey!:D YES! IM PROGRESSING! GUARDING MY HEART RLY WELL:D THANKS FR THE ENCOURAGEMENT KWAN HAH. my pastor says: only if we will know how to guard our heart, God will guard the outward, the rest. its rly so true tat there r so many tings around tis world which can capture and influence us. But no matter wad r revolving around us, most imptly, its abt whether u'l b able to stand firm and nt be easily swayed by the rest.

so totally agree wif joshua tay tat yes 'u r who u spend time wif' , 'only if u're easily influenced' wowww. n his eg. was: Jesus spent time wif the pharisees too, but was he influenced? NOO!

yes! ran 3km wif ziyu joyce jiayu yest aft training n i feel those cny pineapple tarts leaving my body yay yay yay hahaha. nid to gear up fr napfa n aiming for 50 incline pull ups! deproved 7cm for sit and reach ~ 61cm last yr n now 54cm oni. noooo. jiayou ppl! oh n medusa, u r so cute luh, go around publicizing tat u carn do 10sit ups consecutively n haf been cheating throughout lol. dun b so pessimistic <3!:D

thanks yifei fr making that chocolate mouse ting which is rly pretty, though ziyu ate more than half of it! hahaha cuz i wanted to wash the cup. n the rly thoughtful vball junior gwen! u're so sweet hahah ty<3! jas fr running out giving this super big tudor gold choc bar n i gave u milo in hope fr u to grow darker n stronger! btw i believe u can do it ok! n other ppl! tahnks gladys fr buying my valentines gift right when we 5go out tgt, n u keep prompting me abt which 1 is nice, wad i prefer, cuz u wana buy fr ur fren... v smart of u..lol. n choonzuan, hope u lyk the PINK stuffs hahah.

had reunion dinner the previous night b4 sending mary jiejie n presley to gold coast fr honeymoon haiz. 2 down. then swenson lunch @ compass point [klassen,soon, elizabelle, (hope i spelled correctly this time),jiayu,joyce,siannee,ziyu,myself] + ate super alot, without hitting 100bucks!:D joyce ziyu n i shared 5scoops of icecream plus siannee's n jiayu's remaining lol, mammamia!

bought darryl n dayi's present finally n oh man.. my pocket burst wif 50bucks out, and 60cents home D: overslept n took cab. the uncle super ultra nice, noe tat i'll haf to pay alot fr travelling from tampines to boonlay, he oni took 10bucks from me when my usual cab fare would hit 30+bucks if rushing! make me realise this world is still filled wif compassion n humanity whoots!:D thank God (: then steamboat dinner at san yi's house, wa got scallop(!!), crab, abalone, prawn,clam, etc etc all the ex stuffs shes so generous in offering, n had a great time bonding wif all cuz n relatives agn, love u guys :D

conclusion: I NEED TO EXERCISE MORE ALR.

stil rmb tat night when i was kinda disappointed in blahblahblah, bathing halfway n this line struck into my mind : If God did not give up on us, how can we give up on others? rly impacted me n i muz rly learn to b less affected by ppl's words and b more loving!

looking through fb pics, and all those memories running up my mind, missing all those moments. oh man, feeling so 'wang shi zhi neng hui wei' -ish now D: only if God allows us to retrace our steps, to walk back the path we've once walked. let time cease for a moment. but, life goes on.

miss the times wif 2L girls esp. where everyone juz goes haywire, lafing n being tgt, 2L multiple trips to sentosa yet nv getting bored.lihui and rae i miss u guys haiz. ikea trip wif lois n kwan, trying out everyting, my first time taking so many pics,times wif 4K, every single nila utama watchmates, times wif vballer eating crapping everything, trip to chiangmai wif interactors which lost me tons of tears missing the kids n ppl n tings we do tgt there seriously, camps, overseas trip, times when mummy was wif us, feel lyk crying. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh byebye.

Bdiv'10 u guys have been greatgreat teammates n i guess we bonded the most this yr?:D there were stil conflicts, misunderstandings, etc, yet we r stronger tgt as 1!(: im proud of all of u guys, the main team players, the effort n sweat n tears u guys put in rly warms my heart honestly speaking..heehee.i rly rly love every single one of u n thanks for bringing so much joy n encouragement at all times, being there even in my lowest pt of time as u guys noe, being there to hear my lame rants n 'jokes' n theres juz so much fun yet simple moments i wun forget. feel so thankful for being part of u guys, n we're forever 1 big family! whether im able to stay or nt stil in vball, u guys will always b a part of me ( mariah carrey's song. ok i duno how to spell her name lol) thanks thanks n thanks! <3!!! (despite flaming fb wif my unglam shots, which were so totally nt me..) im so glad im able to simply b myself, do wadever ugly tings i usually do n.. u guys sure noe, jiayou Adiv'11!
